Refund and Cancellation Policy
Aldora Divers offers a straightforward refund and cancellation policy to accommodate your plans. If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the total dive fee. In case of technical issues or hazardous weather conditions that may affect your diving experience, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your dives as preferred. Your understanding and cooperation allow us to maintain our focus on quality and safety for all divers.
