If you have questions that must be answered before booking, please send us an e-mail to get your information before submitting a reservation questionnaire.

In order to make sure that we have the resources available to make your diving with us go as smoothly as possible, we need to have a system of reservations that give us adequate planning information and to be able to communicate with you if necessary. A refundable credit card deposit is required in order to reduce frivolous reservations, of course that is protected by a secure server.

Please note that the Cardholder's name and e-mail address used there, must match the name given for "Name of person making this reservation e-mail address given when filling in this form.


A dive briefing document that includes payment instructions, pricing for additional services, and dive logistics will automatically be forwarded to you. Please review the document you receive via e-mail once you book your reservation, even if you have dived with us before, because it is updated from time to time as we make improvements to serve you better.

You can find our price list here.  You can now firm this reservation by going to our secure server and make a refundable credit card deposit of $50 per diver for each 2-tank dive expected. Please note that at check out you will only be charged for those services you have been able to use and any excess deposit remaining will be refunded promptly. Please be aware that there can be problems in our receiving e mail, or in your being able to receive our response. While our response to inquiries is usually quick, the Internet is not perfect and if there is a delay in our response to you it is certainly not because we want it that way. So if we have not responded to you as quickly as you need, why not give us a call at our Reservations and Answer Line at US number (210) 569 1203. While not manned 24 hours a day, your call will be answered by English speaking people who know the answer to just about any question you can ask, and they keep all the reservations. If you have to leave a message we can usually return your call within hours. Our Cozumel dive shop office also has a US number  (210) 569 1204, but it is not always answered by shop management, but you can always leave a message. Note: Both of these numbers are Internet based and if the Internet is down so are they. The land line for the Dive Shop office is (from the US) 011 52 987 872-3397 and for the Villa Aldora it is 011 52 987 872-1477.
